BAKED HAM SLICE 
1/2 tsp. dry or prepared mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar
12 1/2 inch tenderized ham slice (1 inch thick)
4 slices pineapple (reserve juice)

Rub mustard and brown sugar over surface of ham. Slash edges of fat around ham. Place in baking dish.

Cover with pineapple slices. Pour juice over ham. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour basting frequently with pineapple juice. Place precooked sweet potatoes, rolled in brown sugar, around ham during last 30 minutes of baking.
