BAKED HAM SLICE 
1-2 ham slices (1/2-1")
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. finely grated carrot

Put ham on rack in an open baking pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Drain pineapple; keep juice. Mix together cornstarch, sugar and cinnamon. Add pineapple juice and cook; stirring constantly, until thickened and clear. Add carrots and pineapple. Spread the mixture over ham slices and bake 20-30 minutes more.
