GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES 
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. butter
6 lg. potatoes, peeled, pared and cut into cubes

Combine first four ingredients in a brown paper bag. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Moisten potatoes in melted butter and shake in bag, a few at a time. Place in single layer in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour, turning once.
