GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes (about 3 lb.)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sifted flour
Salt and pepper
1/3 c. butter

Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Combine cheese, flour, salt, and pepper in a bag. Shake moist potatoes in bag, coating each piece well. Melt butter in a 9x13 inch or 11x17 inch pan. Place potatoes in a layer. Bake at 375 degrees about 1 hour. Stir once. Serve when golden brown.
