GOLDEN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1/4 c. butter 4 oz. (1 c.) Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 c. dairy sour cream 1/3 c. green onions, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 6 c. (6 med.) cooked potatoes, shredded Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan, combine butter and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted, stirring constantly; cool slightly. Stir in sour cream, onions, salt and pepper. Place potatoes in ungreased 2 quart casserole. Pour sauce over potatoes; mix gently. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated. |
