1 c. chili corn carne 1 c. crushed tostado chips 1 1/2 c. grated cheese 1 c. refried beans 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1/2 c. sour cream 1 avocado 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. hot sauce 3 tbsp. green chilies 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt 1 c. chopped lettuce 1 tomato, chopped 1 tbsp. onion 1/2 c. crushed chips Spread chili in a deep dish and cook on high 1 1/2 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chips and 1/2 cup cheese and cook on high 30 seconds. Spread refried beans on top and sprinkle with onions and cook on high 30 seconds. Sprinkle remaining chips and cheese on top and cook 1 more minutes or until cheese is melted. Spread sour cream on top and heat 30 seconds. Mash avocado and mix with lemon juice, garlic powder, hot sauce, and green chilies. Spread mixture on top of sour cream. Sprinkle with chips, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Sprinkle with salt. Serves 6. |
