BRUNCH DISH 
6-8 slices bread
1 lb. bacon
10 eggs
2 c. American cheese (grated)
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
1 pkg. smokies
3 1/2 c. milk

Cut up bacon and fry until crisp. Drain fat. Place slices of bread in bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle bacon and cut up smokies over bread. Then add cheese. Combine beaten eggs and milk. Pour this over all.

Sprinkle 2 cups crushed corn flakes over layers. Drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter over top before baking. Bake 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
