PORCUPINES 
SAUCE:

4 c. tomato juice
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar

PORCUPINES:

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 egg
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients for sauce. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Combine all ingredients for porcupines. Mix well and form into 1 1/2" meatballs. Place in baking dish. Pour sauce over meatballs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Serve with green salad, red wine and French bread. Makes a complete meal. Freezes nicely also. Makes 6 servings.
