PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
2 eggs
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
4 to 8 oz. tomato sauce
1 small box instant rice (Minute)
1 pkg. onion soup mix
pinch sugar

Heat tomato sauce in skillet, with lid. In a large bowl mix together eggs, hamburger, rice and soup. Shape into 2 1/2-inch meatballs. Place in skillet. Cover with lid. Cook over medium heat, turning them frequently, about 30 minutes. Check for doneness by cutting in half, until no longer pink.
