PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
20 saltine crackers, crushed
1 egg
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
1 green pepper, chopped
1 jar (2 c.) spaghetti sauce or barbecue sauce

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except sauce together well, knead with hands. Form into balls the size of golf balls.

Place in hot large skillet that has 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in it. Gently shake skillet to help meatballs brown on all sides. You may have to gently turn them. Remove to plate lined with paper towels.

Place meatballs in baking dish. Cover with 2 cups of your favorite sauce. Heat through in oven before serving. Yum!
