CHILDREN'S LUNCH SOUP 
1-2 1/2 lb. lean round or sirloin chunks
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
2 c. chopped carrots
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped cabbage
1 c. zucchini, optional
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
2 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. oil

Brown beef chunks in oil then add all other ingredients and bring to a boil in a large pot. Turn down heat and simmer for 1-2 hours until meat is tender and vegetables are soft. Serve with crusty bread and green salad for a complete meal. Reheats well. Freeze and reheat in microwave. Feeds 3 hungry Tunnel children or 6 regular people.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
