CORPORATE LAWYER LUNCH 
1 c. diced celery
3 c. cubed cooked chicken
1/2 c. sm. seedless grapes
1/2 c. toasted pecans, coarsely chopped
1/4 c. flaked coconut
3/4 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients, tossing together lightly with a fork. Gradually blend the salad dressing and seasonings into whipped cream. Pour over salad ingredients in bowl; fork-toss to mix well. Cover and chill thoroughly.
