BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. boneless round steak (3/4 inch thick)
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom or Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. paprika
Cooked noodles

Freeze meat 1 hour to firm (makes slicing easier); slice into very thin strips. In skillet, cook onion in butter until just tender; push to one side. Add meat; cook until color just changes. Add remaining ingredients except noodles. Heat; stir occasionally. Serve over noodles. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
