BROCCOLI & TOMATO FETTUCCINE | |
2 c. broccoli flowerets 1/4 c. Italian dressing 1 can (16 oz.) Italian-style stewed tomatoes, cut up 6 oz. fettuccine, cooked, drained Cook and stir broccoli in dressing 2 minutes. Cook tomatoes in small saucepan over low heat for 5 minutes. Serve over fettuccine. Top with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Makes 4 servings. Preparation time: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 10 minutes. |
