BROILED TOMATOES WITH BROCCOLI 
7 or 8 lg. tomatoes
Salt
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen, chopped broccoli
8 oz. grated cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. oregano

Dip tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds then peel. Slice each in half; salt slightly. Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain. Mix broccoli, cheese, onion, and oregano; mound on top of each tomato half. Broil 7-8 inches from heat until thoroughly heated and browned.
