BROCCOLI - TOMATO STACK UPS 
1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, cooked
3 lg. tomatoes
Salt
2 oz. Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Prepare broccoli and drain. Cut tomatoes into 4 slices each. Sprinkle tomato slices with salt; place on baking sheet. Shred 1/2 cup Swiss cheese.

Combine broccoli, 2 tablespoons cheese and chopped onion. Spoon broccoli mixture atop tomato slices. Broil 4-5 inches from heat until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and return to broiler until cheese melts.
