ZUCCHINI JAM 
6 c. peeled and ground zucchini
1/4 c. water

Cook until clear.

Add:

1 box Sure Jell

Cook 3 minutes.

Add:

6 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. bottled lemon juice
1 c. crushed pineapple and juice

Boil 1 minute. Take off stove.

Add:

2 boxes peach or apricot Jello

To make Strawberry Jam: Use 1 package frozen strawberries instead of pineapple and strawberry Jello. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
