CORN MEAL PIE 
2 unbaked pie shells
3/4 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
9 tbsp. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

FOR MICROWAVE: Mix all ingredients together. Microwave for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring once or twice. Then mix with electric mixer until smooth, pour into pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
