CORN MEAL PIE 
2 pie shells, unbaked
3/4 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
9 tbsp. cornmeal
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 3 minutes. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
