SUGAR FREE STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 sm. pkg. sugar free strawberry gelatin
1 sm. pkg. sugar free COOKED type vanilla pudding
2 c. water
2 - 3 packets sweetener
4 c. strawberries
16 crushed graham crackers
1/3 c. reduced calorie butter

Combine gelatin, pudding and water. Bring to a boil. Add sweetener. Cool. Add strawberries and chill until slightly thickened. Pour into shell. Refrigerate pie shell. Mix graham crackers with butter; put into pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

(1 serving + 1/2 fruit - 1 fat - 1 bread.)
