SUGAR FREE ICE CREAM 
2 lg. boxes sugar free pudding
4 eggs
2 cans milnot or low cholesterol milk
2 tbsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Mix pudding as directed on box then add eggs, milk, vanilla and salt. Add enough 2% milk or whole milk if preferred to fill freezer can 2 1/2 to 3 inches from top. Freeze and enjoy. Makes 1 gallon.
