ZUCCHINI CRAB CAKES 
3 c. grated zucchini with skin
1 c. italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
2 eggs
A little milk
Salt and pepper
Pimento

Squeeze water from zucchini; mix with other ingredients and form "crab" cake. Pan fry slowly. Tastes just like real crab cakes.
