CORN BREAD 
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. butter
1 c. half and half cream
1 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Scald cream and butter. Add to thoroughly mixed dry ingredients. Mix in eggs. Pour into greased and floured 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand several minutes before cutting.
