ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon or cloves
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. cocoa
2 c. finely diced or grated zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips

Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Beat well. Mix all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in zucchini. Put into greased and floured pans. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Use 2 loaf pans or 2 round pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
