NANCY'S PORK SPECIAL | |
4 to 6 pork tenderloin 1 green pepper, cut in strips Chopped celery 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted White wine Using a Corning Ware 10 inch skillet with cover - sprinkle pork with just a little seasoned black pepper and garlic powder and brown on both sides. Put green pepper and celery on top of pork and cover all with soup. Pour white wine over so some seeps to bottom of skillet. Cover and bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 50-60 minutes. Do not uncover while baking. Makes a nice meal served with a fresh vegetable and rice or baked potato. |
