PORK CHOP DINNER 
4 lbs. pork chops
1 med. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
3/4 c. raw rice
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown pork chops thoroughly in large skillet. Mix soup and water in a bowl, then add this mixture with onion and salt and pepper to taste over the pork chops. Simmer covered mixture for 30 minutes or until rice is tender. More water may be added as it cooks if it becomes too thick.
