PORK CHOP DINNER 
6 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 box hash brown potatoes
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onions

Brown pork chops and set aside.

Combine soup, milk, sour cream and pepper. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 can French fried onions. Spoon mixture into 9x13 baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potatoes.

Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
