LUNCHEON SPECIAL 
1 pkg. Holland Tea Rusk (similar to Zwiebach but round)
1 (6 to 7 oz.) can crabmeat
1 pkg. Philadelphia cheese
3 tsp. mayonnaise
3 tsp. catsup or chili sauce
Tomato (fresh), sliced thick
Grated cheddar cheese

Mix crabmeat, cheese, mayonnaise and catsup or chili sauce together. Butter Tea Rusks. Place a thick slice of "good" tomato on top of each. Pile crab mixture on top of each. Place grated cheese on top. Heat in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes.

Serves 4.
