2 c. flour
1 tbsp. alum (found in spice section)
1 c. salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. boiling water

Add boiling water to the first 3 ingredients and stir together. (Add food coloring if desired.) Mix, then add oil. Knead to desired consistency. Store in tightly covered container.
