1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 tbsp. oil
Food coloring

Blend together and cook about 3 minutes on medium heat. Stir constantly. Will become thick and pull from the sides of the pan. Pour out; cool and knead until pliabale.
