CANDIED PECANS 
1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat egg white and water until stiff. Mix with nuts. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix with coated nuts.

Bake on buttered cookie sheet for 1 hour at 250°F.
