CURRY CHICKEN 
2-3 lbs. chicken, cut up in pieces
1 lb. potatoes
1 sm. box coconut cream (optional)
Curry powder (Indi Madres Curry), if you like it hot
Fresh garlic
Onion
Celery
Thyme
Red pepper
Seasoning salt or reg. salt

Wash chicken with lime after cutting up in pieces. Season chicken with garlic (chopped), sliced onions, celery, red pepper, seasoning salt or regular salt to taste; set aside for at least 1 hour or can be done overnight.

Fry chicken; add pill and cut up potatoes. Add curry powder (about 1 oz. curry powder to 1 lb. chicken), according to taste. Simmer down with 2 cups of water. Boil for about half an hour until soft. Can add a small piece of coconut cream.
