CURRY CHICKEN 
6-8 chicken legs
Curry seasoning
1 onion (lg.)
3 cloves garlic
Potatoes
Chick peas
Poultry seasoning
Accent
Cumin powder
Salt to taste
Cooking sherry

Cut chicken in small portions, preferably 4 pieces for each leg, seasoning the meat with spices, let sit for about an hour. Preheat medium sized pot. Pour 1/4 of oil in pot with 3 tablespoons of curry and garlic, chopped and add wine (1 cup of cooking sherry). Let simmer about 10 minutes. Add chicken already seasoned.
