APPLE-CRANBERRY CRISP 
FILLING:

1 1/2 lbs. Golden Delicious apples, about 4 med. peeled and cut into bite size chunks
2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 c. sugar

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, cut into 8 pieces

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a shallow 2 quart baking dish. Put apples, cranberries and sugar into prepared dish. Toss gently to mix. Prepare topping: Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt in medium size bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle filling with topping. Pat lightly. Bake 1 hour or until top is golden and filling bubbles. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
