APPLE CRISP 
10 med. size apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1" squares
1 stick butter
1 c. light brown sugar
2 c. Minute Quaker oats
1/4 c. flour
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
Cinnamon

Using shallow glass casserole dish, evenly spread apples on bottom. Evenly spread cranberry sauce on top of apples.

In small saucepan, melt butter and remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients, mix well (mixture should be crumbly). Spread on top of apples and cranberry mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Serve with main meal or as dessert. Excellent warm over vanilla ice cream.
