CHEESE CRISPS 
1 pkg. lg. flour tortillas
Jack cheese, grated
1 can Ortega taco sauce
butter

In a large skillet heat and brush with butter. Put one tortilla in bottom of skillet. While it warms brush top with soft butter. Turn over. Sprinkle cheese over tortilla. Spoon and spread taco sauce sparingly over cheese. Place another tortilla on the top. When cheese starts to melt and top tortilla gets warm, brush with soft butter and turn the whole thing over. cook until cheese is melted. Remove from pan to a plate, and cut like a pizza. Serve hot.
