CHICKEN WITH ORANGE 
1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) fryer, cut into serving pieces
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. sherry
Minced garlic, optional

Brown chicken pieces under the broiler. Place in casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Arrange onion slices over chicken. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken and onions. Cover and simmer until chicken is tender, about 35-40 minutes.
