EASY ORANGE CHICKEN | |
SAUCE: 2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. frozen orange juice, undiluted and thawed 1/3 c. melted butter 2 tsp. ground ginger 4 tsp. soy sauce Grease 9x13 inch or larger pan. Place 3-4 pounds skinless chicken pieces (thighs and breasts are best) in a single layer. Combine ingredients for sauce and baste the chicken well. Cover; refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Baste before putting it in oven and at least once during baking. |
