1 box golden butter Duncan Hines cake mix
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange slices & juice
1/2 c. oil

Add eggs and oil to cake mix and beat about 2 minutes. Add orange slices with juice and beat about 1 minute. Pour into greased and floured cake pans and bake in 325 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Cool thoroughly.

FROSTING:

1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple & juice

Put all ingredients in bowl and whip until fluffy enough to frost cake easily. Keep cake refrigerated.
