1 box butter cake mix (Pillsbury mix)
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges & juice in them
1 c. oil
4 eggs

Mix all together in bowl with big spoon. Bake in 3 layers at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Let cool. Then frost.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple & juice
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix all together and spread on cooled layers.
