PINEAPPLE BEAN BAKE 
4 slices bacon, cut up
1 med onion cut into small wedges
1/2 lb. frankfurters, cut into pieces
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp mustard
1 can butter beans OR lima beans
1 (1 lb) can barbecue baked beans

Fry bacon and onion together until lightly browned. Drain off fat. Add cut up franks and pineapple chunks. Cook together for a few minutes.

Combine with all remaining ingredients and bake in 1 1/2 qt casserole at 375°FF for 20 minutes.

Serves 4.
