1 box Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (4 3/4 oz.) pkg. dry instant vanilla pudding

Mix first 4 ingredients for 2-3 minutes until oranges are blended. Pour in 3 cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees until done, about 15-20 minutes.

Use last 3 ingredients for icing. Mix and spread on cool cake.
