PIG PICKING CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with syrup

Mix all ingredients together, beat with electric beater with fluffy. Divide in three floured and greased pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

PINEAPPLE ICING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant Jello pudding mix
1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix pudding mix and crushed pineapple. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Add 1 cup of Cool Whip. Ice cake when cool, icing top and side of cake with Cool Whip.
