LASAGNE 
1 lg. jar Ragu sauce with meat
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic
24 oz. cottage cheese
12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 lb. ground beef
10 lg. lasagne noodles

Boil noodles as directed by package and cool. Brown meat and add seasoning and garlic. Add sauce.

Mix the three cheeses in a bowl. Layer in a lasagne pan: noodles, cheese mixture, and meat sauce. Makes 3 layers. Sprinkle top with parsley and extra garlic. Cook in preheated oven for 50 minutes at 375 degrees. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
