1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
6 oz. chocolate chips
2 oz. Hershey Bar, grated
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. blended oatmeal (measure and blend in a blender until a fine powder)

Cream butter and both sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Mix together flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add chips, grated Hershey bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 28 cookies.
