CHEESY NEW POTATOES 
12 med. sized new potatoes
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Wash potatoes thoroughly; do not peel. Place in saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook about 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool slightly, cut into wedges. In order listed, layer half of ingredients in 2 quart casserole. Repeat layers. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
