3 c. sugar
3/4 c. white corn syrup
3/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 beaten egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello (dry)
1 c. chopped walnuts

Cook first 4 ingredients to hard ball stage. Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients mixing well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper.
