JELLO DIVINITY CANDY 
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 egg whites, beaten stiffly
1 box Jello (any flavor; however, I prefer strawberry)

Boil together the sugar, syrup, salt and water to 260°F; soft crack stage on candy thermometer. Add to egg whites keeping syrup hot. Add vanilla and Jello. Beat until it holds a soft peak and begins to lose its gloss. Working quickly, drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper.
