NOODLES ROMANOFF 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) noodles
1 lg. onion, chopped (1 c.)
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dillweed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 1 c. grated Romano cheese

Cook noodles with chopped onions. Following package direction; drain in colander and return to kettle.

Stir in cottage cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper and dill weed until well blended. Spoon into a 1 1/2 to 2 quart microwave-safe casserole dish. Cover casserole.

Microwave on high 8 to 10 minutes stirring after 4 minutes or until heated through. Remove cover and sprinkle with Romano cheese.

Microwave on high 2 minutes and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
