ZUCCHINI JELLY 
3 c. peeled zucchini, cubed fine
1/2 c. lemon pieces
1 box Sure Jell
3 c. sugar
6 oz. pkg. any flavor Jello

Cook zucchini until done and then mash. Add lemon pieces and Sure Jell. Bring to a boil and then add sugar and Jello. Stir, then simmer 6 minutes. Pour into containers. Set for 24 hours, then put in freezer.
